New Year’s Eve is fast approaching, and we’re warning people of the risks Chinese lanterns pose to horses and other livestock. Chinese Lanterns can cause serious external injuries and catastrophic internal harm if ingested by the animal. They can also burn animals in they land on them and can start fires. Please SHARE this far and wide with everyone to remind them to check their fields, fencing and hedgerows for stray lanterns following New Year’s Eve, and make others aware of the darker side to these festive lights....
