LHPR RESPOND TO DONKEY WELFARE CALL

  • Feb 26, 2016
  • 1 min read

LHPR remain very busy responding to calls about neglected, sick, injured and abandoned horses, ponies and often donkeys.

This week our welfare officer responded to a call about two abandoned donkeys in County Meath. Efforts are now being made to locate an owner and if no owner is found we will remove them safely into the care of LHPR.

We ask that you are patient when reporting welfare concerns. We are a voluntary organisation and have only one operator manning phonelines.

Thank you.
